Southern Curry Paste. It was started by Khun Wanwipha Engchuan. He often bought curry paste from the market to cook with in households and restaurants. Hence, he came up with the idea of making curry paste for his own use in households. and cooking in restaurants. It is an old recipe that has been used for more than 100 years and is now in its 6th edition.
